24/7 Monitoring

With Tunstall 24/7 monitoring you can be assured that emergency calls from the watch will always be answered. Tunstall’s care consultants can contact emergency services or the nominated responders to attend, depending on the wearer’s needs. The care consultants always stay on the line until help arrives, and will contact the nominated responders to advise of an emergency call and if the wearer has been taken to hospital. At any time, a nominated responder can login to the Find-me Tunstall website using their individual user name and password to securely monitor the wearer’s location.

Tunstall monitored clients will need to complete a ‘Client information form’ which includes: medical history, medication taken, access to the home in the case of an emergency, and a list of nominated responders. This information may be provided to attending emergency services.

All Tunstall care consultants hold a senior first-aid certificate, which allows them to identify and understand the urgency of various situations.
